Our vision , mission is to build next level of cricketers who are ambitious to succeed in their cricketing career by pioneering in their core skills.

Our founders Sathya Victor and Nazeer started this academy with a simple thought of ‘giving back’ and are in path to revolutionize the standards of coaching and development of cricket in Tamil Nadu , India. After their notable contribution over the years at various levels in district & domestic cricket, the founders now intend to motive and build a strong pool of young talents who are ready to take their cricketing skills  by strengthening their core skills through certified coaches here at YGCA. 

Our Academy Core Values on building next level cricketers / young talents and ensure they are ready to play various levels of cricket and focus on individuals to give their best in this competitive and dominant world .

Realizing the need of the hour is to strengthen the 'backbone' of cricketers : YGCA aims to tackle this problem on two levels: 'Coaching the juniors (Age > 8 years)’ and 'Coaching the Seniors (Age > 14 years)'.
